What we don’t do

One size doesn’t necessarily fit all! Our clients have different requirements therefore it is important that we only supply services that they actually need and not because it suits us to provide them. We believe this policy builds trusts with our clients.

We pride ourselves on delivering a first class level of support, we understand the urgency of support requests and hence endeavour to deal with any issues as they arise. In reality 95% of all support requests are resolved within 2 hours.
CHARGE YOU EVERY TIME YOU NEED SOME HELP
All of our installations come with extensive training included. We provide documentation and online help systems but do understand the need for supplemental advice. If a client needs additional support then we are always happy to oblige.

We take the time to ensure the staff know how to use the system. Too many times users get frustrated with their I.T. System and it is purely training issues.
