IMS is a new golf club management system written specifically to answer the needs of a developing market. The system is designed to service the needs of members’ clubs, proprietary clubs and corporate clubs alike.
The system was originally conceived following extensive investigation into other products on the market and we felt that there was a need for a product that was more flexible to the demands of golf clubs.

Several clubs with a variety of needs and likes were involved in the development of the system so we are confident that we have created a series of modules that provide the power and flexibility that each department requires but when put together they create a very powerful integrated package that provides the club with everything that they need to operate, manage and develop their business.

The Tee Booking system enables the club to better manage their golf course.

We are proud to promote the Handicap Master system for managing all the clubs competitions and handicaps.

Event Management

The Event Management system can be configured to “Run the Golf Club”.

Retail System

The Retails system supports touch screens, pop up options and split payment methods.

Once logged in they can confirm there contact information which then synchronises with the database in the club.
