Its Free!! Many schemes in the past have tried to charge golfers money to be part of. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to join the scheme and give you as few reasons as possible why you shouldn't. You can only benefit from being a card holder.
Its easy, click the link and apply for a card. We will send you your own Imagination Golf Card with 5-7 working days. Once you have it you can then take it into any participating golf club. They will then register your round when you play and add the points to your card (at least 1 point for every £1 spent.).
As soon as you have more than 100.00 points on your card. You can claim your discount from the next round of golf.
No. It is your choice, when the club swipes the card, they will ask whether you want to redeem your voucher. You can say no if you want to use it somewhere else.
Yes. You can build up your points and if you have over 200.00 then you could claim back £30.00 off your next round.
Yes! The idea of the scheme is to encourage players to play regularly. Any points you receive on the card will remain on the card for 12 months from the time you received them. If you have not claimed your voucher within 12 months then those points will be removed.
Yes, we will keep you up to date via email with the state of your account and warn you if your balance is about to be reduced.
One of the incentives for clubs to be part of this scheme and offer you discounts is that they can easily collect email and contact details. They are doing this so that they can send you news and offers information. They must abide by the standards set for bulk emailing and all emails should contain an unsubscribe link that allows you to stop receiving further emails from that club. If it does not work then please contact us and we will deal with it.
Each of the clubs that you visit will swipe your card and that will register your details with them. In your control panel on the web site you will be able to see which clubs have your details on file. Imagination Golf also has your details and will send you an email every month giving you news and updates regarding your account and clubs in your area.
If you lose your card, log in to the site and on your home page is a button "Lost card". Click this and follow the instructions. A new card will be sent to you. Imagination Golf does reserve the right to charge for replacement cards however this will only be invoked if you lose an excessive amount. Any charges will be levied at the time you play your next round at one of the clubs.
Yes! If you log in to the site then you will see a summary of the details held about you and you can access full account details as well as news, reviews and offers. An email will be sent to you whenever you play golf confirming the price you paid and the new balance that you have.
All clubs participating in the scheme agree to accept the cards for all rounds. If a club refuses to place the full paid amount on your card then please bring it to our attention and we will address it accordingly. If it happens regularly then Imagination Golf reserve the right to remove them from the scheme.
Not at the moment. We are looking into the possibility of using the card for food & drink however at the moment it is only available for green fees.
The scheme is new and we expect to launch with around 20 clubs but due the nature of the scheme we expect that number to grow rapidly. We have a target of 100 within the first 12 months. These will be predominantly in the South of England.
